Time-Off Benefits

Holidays and Vacation

LSI full-time employees receive 10 paid holidays and are eligible to accrue vacation hours as follows:

Years of service Eligible to accrue

Less than 6 years

120 Hours

6 or more years

160 Hours

Sabbatical Leave

After ten years of continuous service, employees are eligible for a four-week sabbatical leave.
